Akin Kolapo, otherwise known as Richie Banks is a Nollywood new hunk off the Yoruba extraction. The rising actor discussed exclusively with IBPulse.com on his romantic lifestyle and relationship with Oritse Femi. It was a nice session.

What’s the most passionate scene you have had as an actor?

Me being on bed with a girl and we kissed and romanced each other so well that you’d think we are married. You know you have to do it make it real even if it is somebody you not in good term with but you just have to do it as a professional and you been paid for.

Do you get turned on while on set, playing romance with an actress?

No o. Which kind of turn on is that? You don’t get turned on while playing romance on set though it can happen especially if it is someone you used to crush on. Often times you won’t be able to hide your emotions if you got on set with your crush but it has never happened to me before but of course it can like I said is my job and what i love to do, so i have to play it very well to confused the audience make them think am truly in love with the actress that I’m playing the romance with.

Who is the female entertainer you are crushing on?

I have crush on many female actresses but if I had to marry one out of them, I would love to marry Belinda Effah, Kemi Afolabi, Liz da silva or Bidemi Kosoko. Don’t call me a thief o.

Upper endowment or lower endowment, which do you go for in a lady?

I go for the both (laughs) but my I think my favourite is the lower endowment.

Celebrities are known to have a long list of female lovers/fans. How do you cope?

I cope very well. I don’t have a long list of lovers and I don’t keep girls so I do cope very well because I am not flirt.

Is marriage on the cards soon?

Maybe or maybe not. God knows the best for me and will lead me.

You are often seen as a twin with Oritse Femi. What’s the relationship between you both?

We aren’t look alike that much maybe is because of the hair style am keeping right now. I met him early this year when i was going to Johannesburg and we boarded the same flight. That was the very first time was meeting him. He is such an amazing and a very humble guy and he told me he has seen me in a movie before so we talked and he encouraged me since that time I’ve been in touch with him and we keep the relationship going. The hair made me look so much like him and I actually did the hair for a movie as soon as am done with the job I’m changing the hairstyle. You have to remember you don’t have a permanent look as an actor. I’m happy people seen me as Oritse Femi and I see it an honour because he is doing well in the music industry and he is a legend in the making and an inspirational for a youngsters and upcoming artiste like me. He is my big brother and I like him so much.

What should fans expect from your stable in 2015?

I’m planning on a big project in the year 2015 so i pray God should help me achieve it.
