If you are a big fan of Fuji music, then the place to be tonight (May 29) is Trans Amusement Park, venue of the grand finale of Goldberg Fuji T’o Bam talent contest.
The contest will be held in addition to what is described as the biggest Fuji concert which would feature notable Fuji icons and Yoruba comedians.
The lineup of performers include Bolaji Amusan (Mr Latin) Adekola Tijani (Kamilu Kompo), Odunlade Adekola and Sanyeri.
It would be recalled that the Paramount King of Fuji, Alhaji Abass Akande aka Obesere, Alhaji Taiye Adebisi (Taiye Currency), Baba Tee alongside current Goldberg Ambassador and winner of first Fuji To Bam contest, Nurudeen Atanda ‘Antenna,’ delighted over eight thousands (8,000) guests and fans who thronged the SB Bakare ground in Ilesa, venue of the Goldberg Fuji To’ Bam semi-finals which produced the five finalists.
The finalists are; Akeem Okiki, Ishola Saheed, Idris Aloma, Opeyemi Akanbi and Yusuf Kehinde aka Ejire Performer. The winners stand the chance of going home with up to N1.5m cash and other exciting prizes at the grand finale. The team and the finalists will pay a courtesy visit to the Olubadan of Ibadan, tour the Ibadan brewery of Nigerian Breweries Plc to experience the process of brewing Goldberg.
