Ibadan is set to host the second automobile dealers’ forum organised by Carmudi. Although this would be the second edition of the forum, it is the first time it would be held in Ibadan.
Information gathered by IBPulse.com revealed the event would hold on 21st of October 2014 at Nustream conference and cultural center, Km110, Abeokuta road, Alalubosa, GRA Extension, Ibadan.
Speaking on the choice of Ibadan as the host city for the forum, Biodun Makinde, marketing manager, Carmudi Nigeria described Ibadan as a strategic city that is also the largest in West Africa.
At the forum, Carmudi will explore the challenges auto dealers face when marketing their cars and share advice on the proper way to get leads using the internet.
“[Ibadan] is also has a close proximity to Lagos making it a place of choice for Carmudi Nigeria to hold its forum. Ibadan has a sizeable car market that caters for car buyers in the whole south west areas apart from Lagos thus making it necessary for us to educate the car dealers in the city,” Makinde said.
