Governor Ajimobi calls FG attention to decaying infrastructure in Oyo state


At an interactive session with reps of the Head of Service of the federation, Oyo state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi urged the federal government to come to the aid of is decaying infrastructure in Oyo state.

The session which was being held across the country, focused on the capacity of public service in implementing the transformation agenda of the present administration.

Addressing workers at the session, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Communication Technology, Dr Tunji Olaopa, said the meeting was to share ideas with the workers on ways to effectively discharge their duties and proffer solutions to problems on how to successfully implement the transformation agenda of the Federal Government.

Some of the issues discussed included the essence of the transformation agenda, roles of the public service, field offices, etc.

While at the governors’ office, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, called the attention of the federal government to the decay of some of its infrastructure in the state.

He assured that his administration would complement with the federal government to make life bearable for the people.
